we are currently looking to hire for the following key profiles:

frontend sales executive / telesales executive for insurance /banking process

salary range: lpa lpa

positions available: 100+

location : gurgaon , haryana (sector 18 & 58)

noida ( sector 127 & sector 62)

shift : day shift between window of 7 am to 9 pm ( 9 hour shift with rotational off)

working days : 6 days a week

key responsibilities

make outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance products , selling credit cards ,personal loan, balance transfer , crossell or upsell.

understand customer needs and suggest suitable product options.



pitch product features, explain offers and close sale

generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into sales.

maintain call logs, lead updates, and crm entries.

meet daily/weekly sales targets and conversion ratios.

handle objections professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

candidate profile



minimum 12th pass / graduate.



fresher with good communication skill or

experience in insurance and banking industry

good verbal skills, clarity in communication, and confidence on call.

ability to handle pressure and work target-driven.
