Job Description

eligibility :-

education :- minimum hsc (12th pass) or graduate (any stream).

experience :-

freshers are welcome

experienced candidates have 6 months experience in banking and selling.

good communication skills in hindi and basic english.

work timings :-

fixed day shift :- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

weekly off :- sunday fixed off

salary :- up to 23,000 (based on experience)

job responsibilities :-

* promote and sell banking products like personal loans, credit cards, and

casa accounts.

* identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products

* maintain a positive relationship with customers.

* meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.

* provide accurate reports to the team leader or manager.

skills required :-

* basic knowledge of banking and financial products (pl, cc, casa)

* excellent convincing and interpersonal skills

* positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
