key responsibilities
1. sales and lead generation
actively prospect for new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients, emphasizing value propositions tailored to their needs.
schedule and conduct product demonstrations, sales meetings, or virtual calls with potential clients.
2. relationship management and closing
build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (kpis).
handle customer questions, inquiries, and objections with confidence and provide complete, appropriate solutions.
provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and successful client onboarding.
3. planning and reporting
develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve personal and company sales goals.
prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
rigorously track, manage, and update sales activities, client information, and sales pipeline progress using crm software (., salesforce, hubspot).
create frequent and insightful reports with sales and financial data to review performance and forecast future sales.
participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events on behalf of the company.
