crm management: utilize customer relationship management (crm) software (., salesforce, hubspot) to track leads, log sales activity, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate customer records.
reporting: prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
documentation: prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
