Job Description

we are looking for a young and dynamic fmcg retail management executive to lead our firm.

duties & responsibilities:

must have experience coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries, and logistics and prepare regular reports.

have to monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock.

have to train new staff members.

overall control of distribution centers inventories ensuring stock checks (weekly & monthly)

fraud assessments & reduction across business functions.

store audits, compliance audit, shrinkage, dump, damages & expiries control/reporting.

reduction in pilferage/shrink levels

have to be responsible for all deliveries and outward products.

location wise asset ownership recording, reconciliation, periodic verification

trained and mentored new floor staff in tasks including receipting, restocking, documentation

skill: proven successful experience as a retail store executive(food products).

customer management and organizing skills

strong knowledge on inventory management & department handling in fmcg

experience in managing a warehouse/store.
