 process telephone and email reservations according to room and rate availability,

ensuring that full and accurate details are obtained and input accordingly into pms.

 deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers and credit requests, ensuring that the

hotel’s policy is adhered to at all times.

 process all reservations and extranet messages ensuring that all bookings are

accurate.

 to be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures.

 to ensure that all reservations standards and procedures are met with regard to

reservations and system input.

 update reservations, to input and record cancellations and amendments, making

sure all bookings are accurate.

 to liaise with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure that vip guests are

recognized as part of the vip procedures, including room allocations, amenities and

arrival welcome.

 to determine from reservations any sales leads for future business and ensure these

are passed to the sales department.
