1. Analysis of the customer complaint Data, coordinate with stake holders for POA2. Study the VOC (voice of customer) and do RCA of the product3. Listening to calls to deep dive in specific products to understand RCA4. Making calls to customers and take first hand information about the complaints5. Analysis of the product damage & probable reasons6. Coordinating with vendors, merchandising for implementation of POA to reduce returns7. Preparing report & sharing inputs for improvements.8. Creating FAQ for products with help of QA team
