Project Manager - ELV/BMS/Sprinkler

• handle multiple projects, across geographies.

• prepare end-to-end project plan – define sub-projects, set deliverables, set milestones, define tasks, plan manpower, plan material requirement & schedules, assign ownerships.

• identify potential risks and prepare mitigation plans.

• create a budget for each activity.

• identifying & engaging contractors for specific tasks in discussion with purchase team.

• briefing the responsibilities of project team members, contractors and managing their work.

• develop checklists for each activity, monitor progress and record.

• identify potential delays and mitigate.

• attending project meeting with clients, presenting project progress, plan & mitigations, highlighting dependencies, soliciting support.

• handling criticalities & escalations.

• initiating preparation of and submitting invoices as per the agreed billing milestones achieved, follow-up and collection of payments as per agreed payment terms.

• ensuring project profitability.

• periodically present project progress, plan & mitigations, collection status. budget creep to management.

• should have executed (end-to-end) at least 10 elv/bms/sprinkler works for commercial buildings.

• proficient in project management tools (ms projects/zoho projects), autocad, ms office

• ability to read shop drawings in conjunction with the structural and architectural as-builts.

• proficiency in international and indian standards related to fa/ff/pa/bms systems.

• possess the best interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement

• knowledge of ehs requirements for elv projects

• good communication skill - oral & written (english & regional language)

• in electrical/electronics/mechanical/civil
