• managing construction projects from planning, execution to its completion.

• elaborate technical knowledge about rcc structures, civil engineering.

• able to read drawings and calculate the quantities of material required at site based on the drawings and site.

• sets bar chart schedules for project and flow of requisite materials and manpower

• manage budgets and estimate costs.

• determine necessary equipment, material and manpower requirement.

• ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• risk evaluation of the project.

• daily/weekly/monthly reports of the project progress.

• timely project billing and to chase payments regularly

• raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings to resolve them in a time manner.

• prepare & issue minutes of all site.

• supervise contractors and other staffs and allocate responsibilities.

• track project progress through all phases and provide the status report to the management.

• review of architectural designed, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of construction works.

• supervised and monitor sub-contractors work.

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• result oriented with ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines.

• in depth knowledge of boq, costing, claims, contract related correspondences etc.

• supervision of site work as per drawings and work progress,
