�� minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role within the heavy

machinery or crane manufacturing industry.

�� proven track record in overseeing and managing production operations, including

experience with eot cranes or similar equipment.

�� ability to plan, execute, and oversee production projects, ensuring timely and cost-

effective completion.

�� demonstrated experience in leading and managing production teams, including

experience in staff training and development.

�� in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and

quality liarity with quality control standards and methodologies applicable to crane

manufacturing.

�� experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement

techniques to optimize production processes.

�� basic knowledge in production software (., erp systems).

�� ability to adapt to changing production demands and unexpected issues effectively.

�� willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed to meet production deadlines

or address urgent issues.

�� understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards for manufacturing (.,

osha, ansi).
