Responsibilities and skills

Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, job posting and placing staff.

Handling staff payroll, tests and training.

Conduct new employee orientations.

Process and drafting paperwork.

Resolve issues between management and employees.

Managing leave for staff with company adjustment..

Organizing meetings if required.

Preparing ID/posters.

Necessary

Can operate a computer (MS Office)/ . literate and knowledge about payroll.

Need to have experience in a similar field for 1-2 years.

Need to know the local language (marathi, hindi, english).
