knowledge of hot technologies and recruiting candidates for bench placement only in various hot technologies (candidates to join our bench)

recruiting/marketing for training includes cold calling, posting ads, following up, sending/receiving emails

capable for posting job & training ads and marketing via dice/techfetch/linkedin/indeed/google groups/ facebook/etc/other portals/other groups and social media platforms such as twitter/telegram/instagram/etc.

expert in receiving, making calls and sending / receiving emails

speaking to candidates on a regular basis

reporting daily

other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.

must be willing to work in night shift. this is a night-shift position (us central time working hours)

must be english proficient and a good team player and result driven.

no work from home/no remote option.

some training will be provided, but candidate must be aggressive in sales, have a go-getter and can-do attitude and able to learn on own and continuously improve.

salary:

for fresher: inr 10k

experienced in related field (1 yr +): inr 12k-15k

experienced in related field(2-4 years): inr 15k-18k
