key responsibilities:
1. assist passengers with check-in procedures and baggage handling: you will help passengers with their check-in process, ensuring they have their boarding passes, luggage tags, and any other necessary documents.
2. provide ground support for arriving and departing flights: you will assist with ground operations, including marshalling aircraft, coordinating baggage handling, and ensuring the smooth flow of passengers.
3. coordinate with other airport personnel: you will work closely with other ground staff, air traffic control, and airline representatives to ensure efficient operations and timely departures.
4. respond to passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service: you will answer questions, resolve issues, and provide assistance to passengers to enhance their overall travel experience.
5. maintain a safe and secure work environment: you will follow safety protocols, adhere to security measures, and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
