The role:

What the job entails:

Design and produce graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and animations for Venture Smarter's website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials

Apply and maintain the company's visual identity and style guidelines across all graphic content, ensuring consistency and quality

Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand the project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and provide creative input and feedback

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field; or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment

Portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and versatility

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software

Familiar with web design principles and tools, such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Sketch
