about the role:

were seeking a senior golang developer to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and microservices. the ideal candidate is hands-on with go, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

key responsibilities:

design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using golang.

build secure apis and microservices leveraging modern design patterns.

optimize performance, concurrency, and resource utilization.

collaborate with devops for ci/cd, deployments, and observability.

work with databases (sql/nosql) and message brokers (kafka, rabbitmq, etc.).

mentor engineers and contribute to technical architecture and roadmap planning.

required skills:

5+ years in backend/system development, with 3+ years in golang.

expertise in goroutines, channels, grpc, and microservices.

proficient with docker, kubernetes, postgresql/mysql, mongodb.

experience with ci/cd pipelines, unit testing, and git workflows.

strong focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
