Technical Skill Set :-

 

Must Have :- Multi-threading - concurrency Collection ,Java 8,  Springboot, Microservices (Frameworks Spring/Hibernate/etc ),SQL, Unix , SFTP

Good to have :- Jenkins , GIT , Understanding on cloud platforms .

 

Problem Solving Skills :-

 

Self-starter/ Problem Solver

Know how to automate, test, improves processes.

Communication - asks for help when stuck, updates status regularly.

Can see the benefit of talking with business users directly and helping them solve problems

 

Domain Skill Set :-

 

Good to have Investment banking knowledge and Basics of financial Products
