about the role
we are seeking experienced freelance recruiters to support us in volume hiring (sales representatives, telesales executives, customer sales executives, inside sales executives, etc.) and lateral hiring (sales managers, sales team leaders, and similar roles).
this is a performance-driven freelance opportunity with flexible working hours and complete ownership of sourcing.

key responsibilities
• manage end-to-end recruitment for both volume and lateral roles.
• source, screen, and shortlist candidates from personal/professional databases.
• coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• deliver candidates within agreed timelines for different mandates.
• attend briefings at the beginning of the day (bod) or end of the day (eod).

compensation
• volume hiring: ₹3,000 per closure (., sales representatives, telesales executives, customer sales executives, etc.).
• lateral hiring: 3% of candidate’s annual ctc (., sales managers, sales team leaders, etc.).
• payment terms: released once client clauses are fulfilled (30/45/60/90 days as per client policy).

• minimum 1+ year of proven recruitment experience (mandatory).
• strong network/database of candidates (company will not provide data).
• ability to handle volume hiring with quick turnaround time.
• comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• immediate joiners preferred.
