key responsibilities

1. bank coordination:

liaise with banks for fund transfers, cost negotiations, and exchange rate discussions.

2. merchant balances and chargebacks:

monitor merchant account balances and manage chargeback processes effectively.

3. financial reporting:

prepare daily financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data.

propose solutions to resolve reconciliation discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

4. accounts management:

oversee receivable and payable balances and perform monthly account verification.

5. team supervision:

lead and guide the team in completing client deliverables accurately and on time.

6. client relationship management:

act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

establish and maintain strong client relationships and gather feedback for process improvement.

qualifications

education:

bcom. baf. accounting in finance

skills:

advanced knowledge of microsoft excel.

basic accounting knowledge.

experience

minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
