kra: broadband gross adds

• dedicated online lead fulfilment fleet stationed at airtel store; reporting to store manager

• broadband champion will receive all the excess leads (from poor l2a xfes & leads beyond

xfe’s daily capacity)

• broadband champion will call the leads assigned & take appointment from customers within

15 mins

• broadband champion will visit the customer & pitch broadband & black propositions to cross sell/up-sell

• broadband champion is expected to achieve >20% l2a with 75 monthly gads
