An AR Caller is responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring that payments are collected in a timely manner. They communicate with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any issues that may be delaying payment. The primary goal of an AR Caller is to reduce the amount of outstanding accounts receivable and improve cash flow for the organization.
