key responsibilities:

1. assist passengers at check-in counters and ensure smooth boarding process: as an airport staff member, you will be responsible for helping passengers with the check-in process and ensuring that they board their flights without any issues.

2. handle baggage and cargo: you will be expected to handle baggage and cargo efficiently, ensuring that they are properly loaded onto the aircraft and delivered to the correct destinations.

3. provide assistance to passengers with special needs: it will be your responsibility to assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly passengers or passengers with disabilities, and ensure that they have a comfortable travel experience.

4. perform security checks: as a part of airport staff, you will be required to conduct security checks on passengers and their luggage to ensure the safety and security of the airport.
