key responsibilities:

1. greeting passengers: welcome passengers as they enter the airport, providing assistance with check-in procedures and directing them to the appropriate terminal or gate.

- ensure a warm and friendly welcome to create a positive experience for passengers.

2. assisting with baggage: help passengers with their luggage, ensuring it is properly tagged and checked in accordance with airline regulations.

- handle baggage carefully to prevent damage and ensure it reaches the correct destination.

3. providing information: assist passengers with inquiries about flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities.

- have knowledge of airport layout, flight schedules, and airline policies to effectively address passenger questions.

4. ensuring safety: monitor the departure and arrival areas to ensure compliance with airport security regulations and safety protocols.

- keep a watchful eye on passenger activities to identify and report any suspicious behavior or security concerns.
