2. **handle queries:** address any queries or concerns raised by passengers regarding flights, schedules, services, or facilities at the airport. provide accurate and timely information to address their needs.
3. **coordinate with airport staff:** collaborate with airport ground staff, security personnel, and other team members to ensure efficient operations and passenger services. maintain clear communication to avoid any disruptions.
4. **ensure passenger safety:** stay alert and vigilant to identify any security threats or safety hazards. follow airport protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport premises.
