4. aircraft grooming: coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure the aircraft cabin is clean and well-maintained for passengers.
5. flight coordination: assist in coordinating flight schedules, gate assignments, and other logistical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
6. emergency response: be prepared to handle emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or evacuations, following standard operating procedures.
