4. provide customer service: address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to flight bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and other travel-related queries.
5. coordinate with airlines: communicate with airlines to check for flight availability, confirm bookings, make changes to reservations, and resolve any issues that may arise.
