Job Description

as an air ticketing executive, you will be responsible for managing the ticketing process for airline passengers. your main responsibilities will include:

- issuing tickets for domestic and international flights

- assisting customers with inquiries regarding ticket prices, flight schedules, and available seats

- handling reservations and coordinating with airlines to ensure smooth travel experience for passengers

- processing refunds and cancellations as per airline policies
