1. assist passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling: provide assistance to passengers during check-in process, help them with baggage drop-off, and ensure smooth boarding process.
2. handle inquiries and provide information to passengers: address queries related to flights, boarding gates, baggage allowances, and other travel-related information.
3. assist in aircraft maintenance tasks: support ground crew in performing basic maintenance checks on aircraft, ensuring safety standards are met.
4. ensure efficient and timely boarding and disembarkation of passengers: coordinate with airline staff to ensure passengers board and disembark the aircraft in an orderly manner.
5. collaborate with cabin crew and pilots for smooth operations: communicate effectively with cabin crew and pilots to ensure seamless coordination during flight operations.
