Urgent opening for Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager / BDM / Sr. BDM for Life Insurance - Agency Channel @ Ludhiana.

Experience - 1 to 10 Years in Life Insurance

Salary - 3 to Lakh per annum - 24,000 Travel Allowance per annum

Reporting To: Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Agency Channel /POS Development

1. Help employee for Sourcing/servicing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.

2. Agency Channel/POS Development for the assigned locaon.

3. Coordinang with Operaons team for pre licensing, training, and licensing.

4. Conduct inducon training and coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for the respecve POS.

5. Maintaining the agreed mix of new and exisng agents /POS.

6. Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.

Agency Channel /POS Management

1. Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.

2. Maintaining the high acve percentage of POS.

3. Controlling Arion of POS Agents.

4. Ensuring high producvity of team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.

Channel Servicing

1. Reconciliaon of partner accounts and coordinaon with all the departments for same

Profitability

1. Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for the improvement in the internal organisaon to cope up with the same.

2. Management of loss raos.

Compliance & Hygiene

1. To ensure compliance with the external bodies and other authories.

2. Ensure internal compliance.

3. Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.

4. Other responsibilies as per the KPI and growth factors.
