- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into admissions.

- Provide detailed information about course content, career prospects, fee structures, and batch schedules.

- Handle the end-to-end admission process including application form filling, document verification, and fee collection.

- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets set by the management.

- Build long-term relationships with enrolled students by being a point of contact for their academic journey.

- Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events organized by the company.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on counseling performance and admissions status.

- Stay updated with industry trends in media, advertising, and marketing education to provide informed guidance.

- Coordinate closely with faculty, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of academic services.
