key responsibilities

1. talent acquisition & recruitment

o source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions across various industries, including it, engineering, and other technology-driven domains.

o utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking platforms, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.

2. client engagement & relationship management

o collaborate with us clients to understand job requirements, technical skill sets, and company culture.

o build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.

3. candidate relationship management

o conduct detailed screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

o provide candidates with a positive recruitment experience by maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations.

4. recruitment processes & coordination

o coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates across different time zones.

o assist in negotiating compensation packages and managing the offer process.

5. market research & strategic sourcing

o stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to guide recruitment strategies.
