Job Description

customer service: greet customers as they enter the store, offer assistance, and answer any questions they may have about products or services.

sales: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. they are responsible for meeting individual or team sales targets.

product knowledge: maintain in-depth knowledge of all products carried by the store, including features, benefits, and pricing.

inventory management: assist with stocking shelves, arranging product displays, and keeping the sales floor organized and tidy. they may also help with counting inventory.

handling transactions: process customer purchases using a pos (point of sale) system, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage returns and exchanges.

store maintenance: help with basic store upkeep, such as cleaning, to ensure a pleasant and welcoming shopping environment.
