Location Based Location will be Thane will be handling International Projects (SARC Countries & Middle East Countries)

A. Job Summary:

Generate business and deliver business objectives for assigned Countries directly and through a team of sales associates. Initially to work independently.

B. Key Result Areas:

To deliver on the assigned budget for the area/vertical.

Building a strong and relevant prospect pipeline.

Ensure all sales processes are implemented in the region.

Build the business in the region to create a strong team over period.

Be accountable to developing an active and result oriented team of distributors.

C. Key Activities

To prospect and deliver personal target for the quarter and for the year.

Train and support the team to meet their targets through joint visits, regular reviews and helping them close wherever needed.

Negotiate with customers on techno-commercials, balancing organizational objectives and customer satisfaction.

To be aware of market developments. Track competition and pass information to HO on regular basis.

To participate in exhibitions/trade shows in the region and pro actively register for speaker slots and stalls. To devise innovative methods to maximize the awareness of our solutions in the region.

Support the sales and technical teams by providing on ground resolution to customer queries.

Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments, different product applications and monitoring market trends.

C. Key Competencies Required:

A. Functional:

B2B/ industrial/ project sales experience.

Should have worked in value selling environment.

Strong Customer orientation.

Pipeline management and prospecting

Distributor Management

Willing to travel min 15 days in a month.
