candidate should be good at:

• organising minimum 10 salons visits on a daily basis

• onboarding 5 out of 10 sales on a daily basis

• tracking active salons on a daily basis. active salons are those who are doing minimum 3 entries on a daily basis in the software

• managing relationship with new onboarded salons on a daily basis

• track daily entry by onboarded active salons.

• ensure minimum 3 entries from each onboarded salons on a daily basis

• reviewing sales performance with your peer once in 15 days

• managing daily reports of visits/onboarded/active salons

• aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

• exploring new sales opportunities through cold callings or network building
