Job Description

An RPA Developer designs, builds, and implements software bots to automate repetitive tasks and improve business process efficiency. They work with business analysts and operations teams, using specialized RPA tools to create and optimize workflows, often interacting with existing legacy systems. The primary goal is to automate processes that would otherwise require manual intervention, ultimately boosting productivity and reducing errors.

Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Design, build, and implement automated processes using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.

Process Analysis: Analyse business processes to identify areas for automation and create efficient workflows.

Code and Testing: Write code, test automation workflows, and resolve any issues that arise.

Documentation: Create documentation for processes, workflows, and user guides.

Collaboration: Work with business analysts, operations teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.
