Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role

CTC: 4-6 Lakh per annum

Preferably from Himachal or Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali)

Luxury retail experience preferred

Design graduate from NIFT or alike institute

SKILLS

Up-to-date with jewellery market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments

Design skills, selection, innovative ideas

Proficiency in MS office, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Strong communication, negotiation skills

Time management

Responsibilities:-

Minimize stock ageing, increase inventory turns, stock analysis, stock replenishment

Planogram management, design bank management, MIS reporting

Supplier relationship management secure favorable terms, pricing, and exclusive products

Product selection, vendor assessment, quality assessment, and minimizing returns

New collection creation, coordinating with designers

Monitor pricing and developments of competitors

Photography management, in-store display management
