key responsibilities:

1. handling baggage: responsible for loading and unloading baggage onto and off of aircraft with care and efficiency.

2. aircraft marshalling: assist in guiding the aircraft safely to and from the gate using hand signals and communication with the cockpit.

3. safety inspections: perform visual checks on aircraft for any signs of damage or irregularities before departure.

4. equipment operation: operate ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and aircraft stairs following safety protocols.

5. communication: maintain clear and effective communication with team members, pilots, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations on the ramp.

required skills and expectations:

1. physical fitness: ability to lift heavy items and work in varying weather conditions on the ramp.
