the role

our company prides itself in providing timely service to its clients. the applicant will serve an integral part in ensuring that projects continue to be completed on time and on budget. the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring progress in the day-to-day activities of the engineering team as well as the 3 wind tunnels. this role will involve close collaboration with the cad engineering team manager and the workshop manager and will report to the management team on a weekly basis.

we are seeking a highly organised and proactive programme manager to support our expanding engineering operations. this role will work closely with our existing senior programme manager and will be responsible for:

coordinating and assigning work tasks across the broader engineering team

managing scheduling and allocation of testing time across windtechs three wind tunnels

liaising with workshop managers, the cad team manager, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflow

monitoring progress, following up on deliverables, and ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines

this position requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workflows in a fast-paced environment.

minimum requirements

minimum 5 years industry experience in project management within the construction or related engineering sectors

demonstrated experience in resource and project management

proficiency in microsoft project and other project-planning tools

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

proven ability to follow detailed procedures consistently and accurately

currently based in, or willing to relocate to, trivandrum, kerala

an honours or post-graduate degree in one of the following:

civil engineering with a project management major

project management

construction project management
