we are seeking an experienced, capable, and motivated advocate associate on a retainership basis to join our legal team. the associate will be responsible for supporting our litigation department, with a focus on:

• debt recovery tribunal (drt)

• national company law tribunal (nclt)

• real estate regulatory authority (rera)

• arbitration (domestic & international)

• real estate matters

key responsibilities:

• assist in handling and managing litigation cases in various legal forums.

• conduct trials, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and negotiate settlements.

• provide legal representation in court hearings and arbitrations.

• research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.

• maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.

• collaborate with senior advocates and other associates on complex cases.

• manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

qualifications and skills:

• bachelor’s degree in law (llb) from a recognized university.

• enrolled as an advocate with the bar council of india.

• 4-5 years of experience in litigation, particularly in drt, nclt, rera, arbitration, and real estate matters.

• thorough understanding of legal procedures and court systems.

• strong analytical and research skills.

• excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

• strong organizational and time-management skills.

• proficiency in using all microsoft office tools.

• attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
