pink elephink is hiring a full time line producer on an urgent joining basis. below are the details:

temporary wfh. office location: nariman point, mumbai.

designation: line producer

key focus areas: project management, client servicing, admin duties, business development and social media pages management.

your day-to-day tasks would include:

· understanding client’s brief for the projects and relaying the same to the internal creative team, liaison between the client, the designers and the creative director(s)

· supervising and tracking (project managing) all projects from initiation to final delivery, and ensure smooth execution of all projects.

· maintain consistent communication with the clients using best practices to keep them up-to-date on the status of projects, build rapport with them.

· track and ensure timely payments from the clients and upkeep of invoice. liaison with the accounts team for the same.

- business development: keep frequent track of existing and new potential clients for the company to do business with, build relations with the clients with the goal of acquiring new projects.

· admin duties: backend, coordination with it head for technical support, upkeep of all company documents.
