· should have at least 15+ years of experience , preferably from isp background with strong technical background.

· should have experience of handling noc (network operation center).

· planning, designing and implementation of pop.

· knowledge of troubleshooting the circuits by following the last mile connectivity and hardware involved in the last mile.

· capability to create redundancy

· ability to train and handle the team

· ability to program switches, create vlans, acls etc

· should be able to suggest modifications in the network or help us with tools to buy for monitoring.

· knowledge of troubleshooting the circuits by following the last mile connectivity and hardware involved in the last mile.

· hands on experience on juniper, cisco, huawei switches. if possible volktek as well.

· driving customer complaints pertaining to outage

· comprehensive understanding of various wan & lan technologies .

· ability to complete the work within the predetermined deadline (sla) independently.

· providing extensive service, support and on site instruction to field engineers.

· should have hands on experience on mpls.
