- Must be able to listen to multiple stakeholders to capture and articulate their requirements and needs and be able to capture and document this in a clear, concise manner

- Must have experience and be able to produce various outputs such as workflow process diagrams, detailed requirements and technical specifications, quality/exceptions analysis, test plans and test scripts

- Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely the needs of the business in a format that technical teams can digest and leverage; Be able to engage at multiple levels (staff, management, and executives)

- Must have relevant experience working in health insurance organizations.

- Relevant experience in health insurance organizations is mandatory.
