Expected Deliverables:
Formulate, develop and implement the delivery of digital marketing strategy including
SEO/SEM. Take the lead on digital content and technology strategies in the development and
implementation of the overall Digital Engagement strategy to meet the companys business
goals.
Design, build and maintain S-Squares social media presence
Should be an individual contributor with direct hands-on
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and make assessment
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Manage a team of 2-3 members in leading the marketing initiatives and efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
where appropriate.
Should be willing to work and cover the US business hours
Work with Management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet the
business goals
Manage data for new and prospective clients in the LMS, ensuring all communications are
logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
Prepare and analyze marketing dashboards
Stay upto date with the latest tech trends and best practices in online marketing
