job responsibilities :
*lead & manage end to end website strategy development & day to day operational execution – including promotions , paid advertising , mobile , email & product launches
* grow online commercial results , ensuring websites are a strong driver to achieve overall company revenue projections
* collaborate with product , sales , marketing & creative teams in the design & development of ecommerce assets & programs & maximize return through testing , site optimization , ui/ux & improving online customer experience
* contribute to seo , social media , mobile & email strategy & execution
* oversee content management for all websites
* evaluate competitive benchmarks & continue to drive improvements to digital marketing strategy
* contribute to leadership to the marketing & creative team, building on process & capabilities while nurturing to achieve a higher degree of communication & collaboration
* access the functionality of the digital marketing team & determine what additional personal assets are needed to hire
* strategize / launch of new verticals/ d2c
* manage roadmap for ecommerce & digital experiences , ensuring we always have the most optimal ,frictionless experiences for our b2b & b2c platforms
* develop & execute all digital marketing including seo / sem , social media & display advertising campaigns
* to evaluate end to end customer journey across all digital channels & customer touch points
* develop & monitor digital strategies as per industry standards
* identify new digital marketing / product trends & improvements
