location: pune

primary role: servicing release manager

experience required : 5 - 10 years

roles & responsibilities :

• plan and communicate release windows and overall release lifecyle

•      evaluate and maintain release management processes, quality gates and deliverable

•      review and ensure completeness of release artifacts

•      ensure compliance to entry and exit governance criteria on every deployment

•      plan and communicate release schedule to stakeholders

•      publish regular release status to stakeholders

•      manage and execute emergency release activities

•      monitor and control all release activities

•      maintain and publish release calendar

•      facilitate release planning and go-no-go sessions with stakeholders

•      manage and identify risks that may affect release scope, release duration, and environments

qualifications:

• bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or other relevant fields

•      at least 3 years of experience in release management

•      knowledgeable in java, micro services, mobile app dev tools, devops and automation



preferred skills or good to have :



•      good communication skills

•      technical experience on java, micro services, automation and devops is a plus
