key responsibilities
market research & strategy:
conduct in-depth market research to identify new business avenues, potential clients, and emerging industry trends.
develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals and targets.
lead generation & sales:
generate new leads through networking, cold calling, social media, industry events, and referrals.
qualify leads and nurture relationships through the sales pipeline.
prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to successfully close deals.
client relationship management:
build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring their needs are met and services are successfully onboarded.
understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to provide solutions.
collaboration & reporting:
collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
track and report key performance indicators (kpis), sales metrics, and progress against targets using crm software.
provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
