-Approach existing and potential customers and listen to their requirements
-Understand the needs of customers and present companys products favorably
-Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries, arrange meetings, teleconferences and presentations
-Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
-Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
-Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with existing customers and potential customers
-Challenge any objections with a constructive approach and a view to make existing and potential customers fully aware about the
products
-Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
-Create detailed proposal documents in line with customers requirements as part of a formal bidding process
