- assist bim manager in preparing bim guidelines for project specific requirements
- assist bim manager in training of project personnel in the use of bim tools
- assist bim manager with planning and scheduling, assist in cost report set-up and forecasting, issue change orders, notices and revisions.
- create and maintain bim models for project specific requirements:
- develop schematic and detailed level models including modeling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements and mep systems (as applicable)
- identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
- create new library components
- responsible as “model administrator” for assigned projects
- assist bim manager to compile contract bim close out documentation
- develop models to illustrate contractor questions and solutions
- update as-built and revised building information model
- keep bim revision log
- distribute new and revised models showing changes and rfi answers
- derive material quantities.
- produce quantity reports per client requirements.
- develop the modeling schedule
- prepare simulations.
- create job layout driven by 3d model data.
