not only create these products but also design them .Our amazing range of products will add

the much needed aura in your terrace garden or indoors.

As a Customer Engagement Intern, you will be an integral part of the marketing team,

focusing on strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall

engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in creating and implementing

customer-centric marketing campaigns to foster meaningful relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the creation of personalized and targeted messaging.

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and segment customer groups based

on behavior, preferences, and demographics.

Assist in tailoring marketing messages to different customer segments.

Prepare reports summarizing customer engagement metrics and campaign

performance.

Encourage and facilitate user-generated content.

Support the development and implementation of customer surveys and feedback

mechanisms.

Analyze survey data to gain insights into customer preferences and satisfaction

levels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer engagement efforts with

broader marketing strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.

Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Proven track record of improving conversion rates, sales, other relevant metrics

attributable to engagement campaigns

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization

Analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Creativity and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve customer

engagement.
