Duties And Responsibilities
Primary
Act As An Interface Between Chr&P And Hr/Ir Personnel Of Campus Units.
Implement Initiatives In The Area Of Employee Relations / Engagement
Responsible For Recruitment, Selection & Induction Processes Based On Manpower Needs Of Campus Units/Depts.
Arrange Common Need-Based Orientation And Training & Development Programmes.
Provide Local Inputs To Develop Strategic Employee Progression & Compensation Plans.
Facilitate Adoption Of Local Practices Ensuring Harmonious Ir Environment.
Ensure Statutory Compliance Under The Factories Act & Rules And Contract Labour Regulations.
Secondary
Manage Food Court & Transport On Self-Sustaining Basis.
Conduct Sports & Games And Organize Annual Sports Day.
Organize Campus Annual Cultural Day
Ensure Statutory Payments With Respect To Employees & Vendor Engaged Personnel
Conduct Periodic Audit On Compliance With Factories Act & Rules As Well As Contract Labour Regulations And Suggest Opportunities For Improvement.
Manage Occupational Health Centre & Ambulance.
Manage Indoor & Outdoor Sports Facilities.
Qualifications
Graduate In Any Discipline And Mba/Msw With Specialization In Hr
Areas Of Exposure
Should Have Handled Hr/Ir Functions In Reputed Organizations For A Min. Of 4 5 Years.
Should Possess Knowledge Of Factories Act & Rules And Contract Labour Regulations
A Strong Leader, Team Player And A Self-Starter, Able To Work With Minimal Supervision
Thorough Knowledge Of Employee-Employer Relations
Should Be Proficient In English & Tamil. Spoken Hindi Would Be An Added Advantage.
Good Knowledge Of Ms Office.
