Detailed client requirements

Expected to develop intimate domain knowledge and expertise for projects managed

Independently document, analyze, and map requirements working with internal and

external clients

Write clear and well-structured business requirements in the form of Agile user stories

Requirements gathering will be required to support Technology (Data and Application

Development) as well as User Experience design

Create program documentation as necessary to support programs including process

Flows, wireframes, use cases, etc.

Plan and synchronize the workflow of user stories between User Experience, Creative,

Application Development, and Quality Assurance to maximize throughput

Coordinate efforts to review and seek requirement approval of internal and/or

External clients

Identify/suggest improvements to requirements, tools, templates, and processes

Expert and evangelist of OneMagnify Agile methodology process

Create use cases and review testing scenarios for completeness ensuring

requirement-to-test case traceability, serve as the subject matter expert supporting

quality analysis testing activities

Train-the-trainer activities and assistance with training documentation as needed

Assist as necessary with user acceptance testing activities with client testers

Lead facilitator for requirements gathering, client review, and user acceptance training

or demonstrations

Actively participate in new business opportunity meetings, presentations, production

support activities, etc. as needed

Second-tier support for triaging customer inquiries and responsible for answering or

entering user stories or defects identified after review
